The setup is $1,500. Monthly service is $100 per month with a six month minimum. You can save fifteen dollars a month by paying the first year up front. That is everything. No surprise fees, no upsells.

Why does it cost $1,500 when a freelancer might do it for $500?
Because the freelancer takes your money, builds you a template, and disappears. We have heard this story from a lot of trades owners. They paid a few hundred bucks for a custom site, waited months for it, and ended up with something that looked copy and pasted from someone else. Or worse, they got something halfway built and the freelancer stopped responding. We charge enough to actually finish the job in two weeks, hand you the keys, and stay around to fix things when they break. The money is the difference between a website you abandon and a website that works.
Why not just use Wix or Squarespace and save the money?
You can. Plenty of trades owners do. The honest reason most of them quit is time. A DIY site looks easy until you sit down on a Saturday night to build it and realize you have spent four hours and the home page is still empty. Then it sits half done for six months. If you have the time and the patience, the DIY tools are fine. If you do not, that is what we are here for.
What is included in the monthly service?
A monthly lead report so you can see what came in, uptime and security monitoring, hosting and domain management, up to thirty minutes of small edits, quarterly content refreshes, and first response troubleshooting when something breaks. Basically, we keep your site running and current so you do not have to think about it.
How long does it take?
Two weeks from the day we start. If your content is ready to go on day one, sometimes faster. We will not drag it out.
Who owns the site when we are done?
You do. The domain is registered in your name. The hosting account is in your name. If you ever want to stop working with us, you take everything with you.
Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. Most of the people we work with run a truck, not a computer. We handle the technical side entirely.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
Small trades businesses in Central Ohio. Electricians, plumbers, HVAC, roofers, general contractors. Typically one to ten employees. If you run the business and wish you had more leads coming in the door, we should talk.
